Thursday’s LC Meeting discovered a need to re-visit our purpose statement as the LC. The current statement has offered little guidance in helping us know how we function. Our initial recommendation is:
To LEAD
To COMMUNICATE
To BE IN COMMUNITY with Each Other
Thoughts on the above wording, suggestions about new wording, questions about why the need for re-wording.. post ‘em.
Currently it reads:
1. Live out Mission Statement
2. Facilitate and Implement Mission Statement
3. Pray for FirstLight
